Established in 1998, we are leaders in the field of community based renewable energy. We have many years’ experience of developing and advising on community schemes, including wind, solar, biomass and hydro; and have implemented energy efficiency measures across thousands of homes and community centres in south Wales. With our pioneering community windfarm, our solar pv cooperative Egni, and our absolute commitment to local benefits from local resources, our work has been recognised nationally and internationally by a growing number of prestigious awards.

In addition to developing practical solutions, we are committed to raising awareness of climate change through a sustained programme of information, communication and consultation. We have worked with hundreds of schools and community groups, and our innovative Arts and Climate Change programme has engaged over 2000 people in exploring their own experiences and concerns regarding global warming.
